My daughter...I'm so happy I found this recipe! My daughters prefer rice instead of potatoes but I'm getting tired of plain rice. I don't buy the boxed stuff because of the MSG and other junk and I'm not a fan of chicken bullion for the same reasons so I think I'll just cook the rice in my own chicken stock and add the spices from the recipe. I use tumeric in my recipe and the rice tastes good. Small amounts of tumeric is what is in the store bought box.
